Herennius Etruscus as Caesar. ; Herennius Etruscus as Caesar; 250-251 AD, Perga, Pamphylia, AE 21.5, 6.28g. RPC-1110 (3 spec.), pl. 75 (same dies). Obv: G.?.?.???? - ??????.?.??? Bust radiate, draped, cuirassed r., globe below. Rx: ?EP - GAI - ON Three-legged chest with dotted sides, on top of it three purses (?). Purchased from Moneta (St. Cloud, MN), 2 November 2007. From the same dies as the three specimens catalogued by RPC. This seems to be the only obverse die used for Etruscus at Perga (see lot 409 above).
