Bust draped r. on crescent, wearing stephane; on chin, countermark ? (Howgego-797). Rx: CE?G - EON Sanctuary of Zeus and Heracles: two sacred trees in enclosures between thunderbolt (on l.) and club (on r.); before each enclosure, altar; all on base with stairway in front of its r. half. Ex Antioch Associates List 70, May 2002, no. 477. RPC-1033 lists ten specimens of this coin, all from the same obverse die but from three different reverse dies. Our example is from the same obverse die, but a new, fourth, reverse die.Small flan crack from the countermark to the edge at 4 o'clock on the obverse, probably caused by the application of the countermark
