The "Manchurian Provinces" was incorporated in 1907 from three Provinces in Northeast China, Fengtien (Jilin), Kirin (Hebei), and Heilungkiang. The area was known in China as "The Three Eastern Provinces." After the unification of the three Provinces, some individual coin production continued for a brief time, until replaced by the Manchurian Provinces coinage. These unified issues continued until approximately 1915.
