P M TR P X COS V P P Postumus, togate, standing front, head left, holding branch in right hand and scepter in left. AGK (corr.) 67. Cunetio 2470. Elmer 596. Very rare and interesting. The reverse a bit weak and with minor corrosion, otherwise, good very fine.

This is the last type issued for Postumus: it celebrates the accession of his 5th consulship, but the rarity of the issue indicates that he was killed by his revolting troops soon thereafter.
