Maximianus, first reign, 286-305. Follis (Silvered bronze, 26 mm, 10.11 g, 5 h), Treveri, circa 296-297. IMP MAXIMIANVS AVG Laureate head of Maximian to right. Rev. GENIO POPVLI ROMANI / A - Γ / TR Genius standing left with modius on head, holding patera in right hand and cornucopiae in left. RIC 187b. Mostly silvered. The reverse struck from a somewhat worn die, otherwise, about extremely fine.
