Parthian Kingdom. Vardanes I. Ca. A.D. 38-46. AR tetradrachm (25 mm, 13.92 g, 12 h). Seleukeia on the Tigris, Panemou, S.E. 354 (June A.D. 43). Diademed bust of Vardanes I left, wearing spiral torque / King enthroned right, receiving palm branch from Tyche standing facing, head left, holding cornucopiae; above, year (ΔNT); in exergue, month (mostly off flan, but seemingly ΠΑΝΗΜΟΥ). Sellwood 64.16(?); Shore - . Lightly toned, old graffito behind head. Nearly very fine.
