ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛΕ ΚΑΙCAΡΙΑC / ΝΕΩΚΟΡΟΥ ΕΤ Β Mount Argaios; on the summit, nude figure holding globe and scepter; star and crescent on the upper field. Before mountain tetrastyle temple with two agonistic urns on each side. Sydenham, Caesarea 508 var. (but this obverse die). BMC 283 var. SNG von Aulock 6498 var. SNG Hunterian 2265 var. (all with different reverse inscr). Rare and interesting. Exceptionally well struck and clear, with a beautiful darkish patina and in a great condition for this issue. Very fine.
