Confronted busts of Macrinus right, laureate, draped, and cuirassed, and Diadumenian left, bareheaded and draped / Apollo standing facing, head right, raising right arm above head and holding bow with left hand; serpent entwined around tree stump to right, E (mark of value) to left. H&J, Markianopolis 6.24.7.13 var. (bust types); Pfeiffer 228 (same dies); Varbanov 1147 var. (bust types); SNG Evelpidis 815 (same dies). VF, attractive dark green patina, light smoothing.
