Bust Half Dimes
1829 H10C V-4, LM-7.1, R.4, MS65 PCGS. Half dime production resumed in 1829, ending a 24-year hiatus. A vast total of 1.2 million pieces were struck, but few survive in this high grade. Each side is brightly untoned and strongly defined with bold stars and feathers. A tiny mark on the chin identifies this Gem. Population (all varieties): 28 in 65, 12 finer (5/17).
