1950 50C PR66+ Cameo PCGS. CAC. As the key first-year to the Cameo proof series, the 1950 issue is seldom available any finer than this Plus-graded example that also has CAC endorsement. Brilliant surfaces display glassy-mirrored fields -- deeply reflective, with moderate contrast on the obverse and bold cameo effect on the reverse. There are no mentionable marks to report on either side, and the strike is extra-sharp. Population: 67 in 66 (5 in 66+) Cameo, 22 finer. CAC: 35 in 66, 15 finer (6/17).
