1879 T$1 PR62 PCGS. This proof Trade dollar survives from a mintage of 1,541 pieces in 1879, the second year of proof-only Trade dollar production at the Philadelphia Mint. Both sides are lightly hairlined, consistent with the grade, exhibiting bright silver surfaces and faint splashes of delicate gold toning.
