Presenting premium eye-appeal for the grade, with loads of luster remaining over the surfaces and little evident highpoint friction. Central design softness, as is typical for the date, certainly factored into the grade. Even so, this coin is the only non-details graded example presently in the NGC census, and must be considered conditionally rare thus.
