Contorniates. Late 4th century AD. Æ Contorniate (40.5mm, 25.13 g, 12h). In the name of Trajan. DIVO TRAI NO AVGVSTO, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right; heart engraved in right field / Apollo standing left, legs crossed, holding [branch tied with fillet] in right, left elbow resting on lyre set on serpent-entrwined tripod to right. Cf. Alföldi, Kontorniat 381, pl. 157, 10–pl. 159, 5. Fine, brown surfaces, holed, minor porosity, some cleaning scratches.
