S. 3700. ESC 1709. PCGS "Genuine Cleaning-AU Details." The coin has an attractive gray-with-blue-highlights tone and certainly merits an Extremely Fine grade. (The cleaning is not apparent to me through the plastic.) (The lengthy reverse abbreviations cover British and German titles--there was not enough room to spell them out with anything more than a single letter.) Photographed through plastic.
