1967 25C MS68 NGC. The entire year's production of 1.5 billion quarters was left to the Philadelphia Mint in 1967. In this 50th anniversary year, only three MS68 examples are reported at NGC and PCGS combined: two at the former, one at the latter. None have been certified finer (6/17). Golden patina lightly drapes the surfaces of this near-pristine Washington quarter. A single fleck is seen on the eagle's breast.
