1913 1C PR67+ Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. Matte proof 1913 Lincoln cents are generally available with Red and Brown surfaces through PR66. Of the 2,982 examples struck, PCGS has only seen six PR67 Red and Brown submissions, including this -- the sole Superb Gem to have obtained a Plus designation. CAC has awarded green approval stickers to three PR67 submissions (6/17).
