1890-CC $1 Tailbar, VAM-4, MS63 Deep Mirror Prooflike PCGS. CAC. A Top 100 Variety, and it is easy to see why. A quick glance at the reverse and the massive die gouge between the fletchings and wreath leaves is sure to stand out. Examples are exceedingly rare with Deep Mirror Prooflike surfaces. Wisps of golden patina faintly color areas around the periphery, but this 1890-CC dollar is overwhelmingly brilliant with thickly frosted, boldly struck motifs and profoundly reflective, lightly marked fields.
