1897-O $1 MS62 PCGS. This piece shows fewer serious abrasions than are expected for the grade, with only a couple on the neck and above the second star, as well as a few around the motto on the reverse. The surfaces are satiny and lustrous. Just a suggestion of light rose toning near the rims. The 1897 is one of the New Orleans Morgans of the 1890s with low population figures in higher grades.
