1901 $1 PR60 PCGS. Medium intensity gray toning adheres to the surfaces of this PR60 Morgan. The design elements are well-struck. Light hairlines, more so on the obverse, account for the numerical grade. Because of the paucity of business strike 1901 Morgans in Mint State -- PCGS has certified only around 700 such pieces, mostly in the lower levels thereof, price pressure has been put on the proofs with a mintage of 813 pieces.
