Commemorative Silver
1928 50C Hawaiian MS66+ PCGS. CAC. It is peculiar how some coins are associated with certain colors of toning. 1925 Peace dollars, for instance, are often seen with golden toning. With the current coin, Hawaiian halves are often seen with a bright green coloration. A wide arc of this magnificent color is seen on the right side of the obverse, while on the reverse there is a thinner arc. The surfaces are uncommonly lustrous for a Hawaiian half; in short, fully deserving of both the Plus designation and CAC sticker.
