Early Half Dollars
1794 50C O-103, T-10, High R.5, VG8 NGC. Overton-103 is a scarce variety in all grades. This well-circulated example represents the typical amount of wear seen on the variety, although its problem-free surfaces are a plus. Lavender-gray and gold hues appear on each side, and the rims are bold. Detail remains in Liberty's hair curls, and the eagle is mostly outlined. The date is bold.
