Early Half Dollars
1794 50C O-105, T-3, R.5 -- Improperly Cleaned -- NCS. Fine Details. This is the early die state variant, which is more plentiful than O-105a but still itself scarce. Each side shows dusky golden-gray toning over lightly hairlined surfaces. The rims and border legends are sharp, and Liberty's portrait is boldly outlined with some hair detail remaining. The eagle is partially worn away but remains visible in the wing outlines. This is an affordable option for the collector seeking this challenging die variety.
