A total of 31 die marriages are known for the 1795 halves, with the O-119 (T-1) representing the first die pair struck for the date. The reverse working die was most likely left over from 1794. Rich shades of brownish-gray and tan toning cover the well-defined and attractive, minimally marked surfaces of this Choice XF Flowing Hair half.
