Bust Half Dollars
1808 50C O-105, R.3, AU55 PCGS. This somewhat scarce 1808 variety shows the A and the second T in STATES slightly askew -- rotated clockwise, one of the few pick-up points for the O-105 die marriage. The arrowheads are ribbed and close together with the bottom two joined. Silver luster shines through a modest cloak of golden-gray patina, with minor die clashing and a few light marks as expected for the Choice About Uncirculated grade.
