1809 50C Normal Edge, O-102a, R.1, AU55 PCGS. The obverse is colorfully toned in violet, blue, green, and yellow-gold shades while the reverse displays faintly iridescent hues beneath olive-gray and gold toning. A curved die crack atop UNITED STATES confirms the late die state of this sharply struck example, although some blending of the left (facing) wing plumage is noted.
