1809 50C Normal Edge, O-114a, R.5, VF25 PCGS. A faint and blurry die crack along the top of UNITED signifies the late die stage. Overton-114 is scarce-to-rare in all die states and conditions. This smoothly worn VF example of O-114a still allows attribution with the diagnostic horizontal "DS" line that crosses through D in UNITED to the lower serif of the first S in STATES. Remnants of diagonal die lines from the edge to TAT (aka lightning bolts) remain visible.
