Bust Half Dollars
1814 50C O-102, R.2, AU55 PCGS. Attractively toned with lustrous rainbow iridescence beneath blue-gray and orange overtones, this Choice About Uncirculated half dollar displays nice original surfaces. Narrow milling at the upper obverse is characteristic of the O-102 variety, yet the stars are sharply struck. Brief wear shows at the top of the cap. A trace of strike weakness at the arrowheads does not diminish the natural eye appeal.
