Bust Half Dollars
1827 50C Square Base 2, O-112, R.3, MS62 PCGS. Attractive slate-gray toning at the margins surrounds faint golden-gray shades at the centers of this razor-sharp Uncirculated half. A diagnostic die line to the right of the shield apex helps confirm the scarce O-112 variety. Struck from perfect dies, there are no cracks visible on either side and no die clashing seen. Sharp dentils encircle both the obverse and reverse, while the C in 50C is large and nearly touches the branch stem.
