Bust Half Dollars
1832 50C Small Letters, O-103, R.1, MS61 PCGS. A splash of cobalt-blue at the upper obverse and lower reverse melds with shades of amber-gold and reddish-tan on this Mint State Overton-103 half. A triangular defect in the drapery folds and recutting on the upright of 5 in 50 C confirms the variety. Sharply struck for the die pair, the O-103 is readily available in most grades and it is ideal for Small Letters type.
