Proof Franklin Half Dollars
1950 50C PR66 Cameo PCGS. First year of the modern proofs, many examples were carelessly mishandled and are not in the collectible ranks today. There are very few 1950 halves with Cameo contrast, it was a matter of chance and certainly not design on the Mint's part. This is an all-brilliant example with frosted motifs set against the depth of mirrored reflectivity in the fields. Population: 67 in 66 (5 in 66+) Cameo, 22 finer (6/17).
