The design elements are boldly defined, and the surfaces are smooth. Close study with a loupe does not pinpoint an exact location of the plug noted by PCGS, although we do note tooling to the right of the eagle's tailfeathers and on the corresponding portion of the obverse, at the ER in LIBERTY. Further tooling spreads throughout the left obverse field.
