Blushes of luster in the fields mask some faint hairlines in the same locations, the latter being the remnant of a light cleaning that denies this coin a numeric grade. Nonetheless, the yellow-gold surfaces show warm orange overtones, particularly on the reverse, which produce pleasing eye appeal. Portions of the shield lines are weakly defined, but the coin is otherwise well-struck.
