1899-S $10 MS63 PCGS. The 1899-S has a fairly high mintage (841,000 pieces), but unlike the lower-mintage 1903-S, it is very scarce above the MS62 level. The present green-gold Select example is lustrous, sharply struck, and smooth save for a single thin mark beneath TRUST. Population: 75 in 63, 20 finer (6/17).
