1882-CC $20 AU55 PCGS. Variety 1-B. This is a partly lustrous khaki-gold twenty, well-struck on the curls, stars, and feathers despite light friction. Myriad marks are expected. The 1882-CC claims a mintage of 39,140 coins. Mid-AU representatives are somewhat scarce. Demand for them is exacerbated by the unavailability of Mint State examples. When found, the issue is apt to have above-average eye appeal, as here.
