High Relief Double Eagles
1907 $20 High Relief, Flat Rim -- Repaired -- PCGS Genuine. VF Details. High Relief twenties were an immediate collectible as soon as they were released. Many, such as this piece, were carried as pocket pieces. The high points of the devices show even wear. The repair referred to is not immediately apparent, but close examination shows some smoothing on the edge at 4 o'clock when viewed from the reverse. Bright surfaces and showing only small abrasions on each side.
