MIXED LOTS. Bronze & Silver Coinage, ca. 5th Century B.C. to 1st Century A.D.
32 pieces in lot. A varied grouping of Greek issues with a good portion of Diadochii issues (Seleucid, Ptolemaic Egypt) and Judaea issues. Lots of cute silver minors are present. Nearly all pieces have an old auction tag or descriptive notes compiled by the consignor. One piece of note is an Ephesus AR Drachm which admittedly has some surface issues (plugged and Repaired) though is a wholesome example of this popular type. A great way to jump start or add to an ancient collection. Retail value of more than $2,500. Some surface issues are likely present, examination is recommended. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
