KM-4. Obverse legend: "POR LA LIVERTAD. SALV 10 Ds. 20 Cs."; Reverse legend: "MONDEA. PROVISIONAL. F. Ps. 1828". Typical crude manufacture and somewhat weak strike in the center reverse. Unusually full bold legends with attractive slate grey tone. Because of the nature of this series being struck in low purity silver they tend to not tone very pleasantly. NGC EF-40.
