GREAT BRITAIN. Proof Crown Struck in Sterling Silver, 1935. PCGS PROOF-65 Secure Holder.
KM-842; S-4050. Raised edge lettering. Mintage of only 2,500 pieces. Sharply struck as would be expected being a Royal mint product with hard flashy proof surfaces and stark contrast to the frosted devices. Lovely smokey tone throughout with a plethora of iridescent hues when tilted in the light and quite attractive as such. Clearly an example that sat for a prolonged period of time undisturbed.
