B318s. Specimen perforation, annotations and serial numbers. A rare design to locate in issued form with any grade considered and also quite scarce in these Specimen iterations. An increased format size over the lesser denominations and seen printed in a brilliant blue color with black inks making up the portrait. Back in multi-color with the common for the series cigar label styling. Deeply embossed inks are easily still observed through the holder, and with no traceable mounting remnants seen, we are puzzled as to why PMG did not apply an EPQ designation. This note is currently the only Specimen PMG has graded for this catalog number. PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.
