The extreme level of difficulty faced in acquiring one of these pieces cannot be overstated as this is presently one of only two pieces graded by PMG for the catalog number, and we know the other is in private hands. Legazpi seen at center of the note with an obligation of 500 to his left, and the blue seal to the right. Harrison-Fitzsimmons signatures found in the signature panels. This piece is one of the rarest pieces in the catalog for Philippines, and a rival to the Pick 33c we are also offering. PMG mentions ink and minor rust in the comments section. PMG Very Fine 25.
