The note has overall great eye appeal with bold inks showing vibrant colors. Allegorical figure with trident seen at left. Perforated cancelled seen above the governor's signature panel. Counterfoil seen fully intact with some light toning. PMG explains in the comments section of their holder that the note is unaffected by the issues in the counterfoil. PMG Choice About Uncirculated 58.
