B108as. A very scarce offering of a Qatar Specimen which is the first we have handled for the type. Middle Eastern Specimens have seen a huge spike in value over the recent two years, with countries like Qatar, and Oman continuing to have their specimens rise in value, while some other countries plateaued for a while and have only just begun to once again see the value of their notes increase. This 5 Riyals example is seen in fully original condition with just a couple very faint and minor folds present. The note faces up and appears UNC in the holder, with exceptional margins.
