This one to Paul Emrys-Evans (1894-1967) who was Under Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs from 1942 to the end of the Coalition period in 1945. Seldom available, as these mementos are highly prized by their recipients and their heirs. With original leather pouch of issue. Minor verdigris throughout with mottled bronze finish with some underlying iridescence. EXTREMELY FINE.
