Macrinus. AD 217-218. AR Denarius (20mm, 2.95 g, 6h). Rome mint. 2nd emission, AD 217-218. Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Annona seated left, holding grain ears over modius and cornucopia. RIC IV 19; Clay Issue 2; RSC 56 (Antioch). Good VF, lightly toned, a few light scratches and marks.
