Deity, holding reins and bow, riding hippocamp right above two lines of waves; below, dolphin right / Owl standing right, head facing; crook and flail in background; M (in Aramaic) and 2 (date) (in Phoenician) to upper right, ' (in Aramaic) to lower right.
