KINGS of PARTHIA. Artabanos III. 126-122 BC. AR Drachm (19mm, 3.11 g, 12h). Local imitation of an Ekbatana mint issue. Uncertain mint. Diademed bust left / Archer (Arsakes I) seated right on omphalos, holding bow. Cf. Sellwood 20.1 (Artabanos I; for type); cf. Sunrise 278 (same); cf. Shore 65 (Artabanos I; same); PDC –. Good VF, bright surfaces, a few cleaning marks.
