KINGS of PARTHIA. Phraates IV. Circa 38/7-2 BC. BI Tetradrachm (30.5mm, 14.39 g, 12h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Artemisios 288 SE (April 24 BC). Diademed bust left / Phraates seated right, receiving wreath from Tyche standing left, holding cornucopia; year below throne seat; month in exergue. Sellwood 50.14; Sunrise –; Shore –; Callataÿ 309-10. Fine, light scratches on obverse, slight double strike on reverse.
