[AVRELIO CAES ANTON AVG P F] (or similar - illegible), laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Marcus Aurelius right / [COL PRIMAI FL] AVG CAESAR, bust of Sarapis right, wearing decorated kalathos. Cf. SNG ANS 778; Rosenberger 32; Kadman 38; Sofaer 37. near VF, tan-green patina with residual encrustation in recesses - very rough and uneven surfaces - somewhat off center, losing much legend.
