Samaria, Caesarea Maritima. Elagabalus. A.D. 218-222. AE 24 (24.17 mm, 8.81 g, 1 h). [IMP C M A]VR ANTONIN, laureate draped and cuirassed bust of Elagabalus right, seen from behind; in field before chin, star / CO[L?] (remainder illegible), Tyche, foot on river-god swimming left, holding uncertain object and scepter set on rock, standing left within tetrastyle temple façade with large central arched bay; statues in flanking intercolumnations. Cf. SNG ANS 805; Cf. Sofaer 71-2; Cf. Rosenberger 6. VF/F, green patina, somewhat rough on reverse with encrustations.
