Barred IC - XC, Christ Pantocrator standing facing on low daïs, with cruciform nimbus, wearing pallium and colobium, holding book of Gospels, flanked by two large stars / MANωHΛ O ΘЄΟΔωΡOC, Manuel and St. Theodore standing facing, each holding a sword, both holding between them patriarchal cross set on globus; three pellets on shaft. Sear 1959. An exemplary specimen, well struck and beautifully toned.
